We want every card to work perfectly. If a card arrives dead or won't program, we'll replace it and refund it — no return required. Just email info@tapstock.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (a photo or short video helps us help you faster).
Defective or dead cards: Free replacement and refund, no return needed.
Change of mind: Unused cards in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable: Cards that have already been programmed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@tapstock.us.
